Guidelines
1.The artwork must be unique and original. I must be created by the submitting artist. Under no circumstances copies will be accepted.
2.There will be a selection of all participating works by the jury. The artists should submit three works of which one, if selected, will participate in the salon. The selection process is free of charge. The artist will send three photos of at least 300 PPI and no more than 5MB.

All selected artists must pay upon acceptance a one time fee of $250 (US Dollars). Via PayPal to menduinaschneider@gmail.com or by Credit Card.
How the Salon Works
1.All selected artists should send the following items before each 25th:
- A video of no more than 2 minutes of their artistic work (to election)
and a brief biography; (no more to 200 words)
one photo (At least 300 PPI and no more than 5MG) in their studio, preferably working in their art; (No portrait)
a Reel (Instagram version) of a length of no more than 20 seconds. (To election)

The Art-walk is a monthly event in San Pedro (the bay of
Los Angeles, recognized for its cultural offer) that attracts
Hundreds of people came to the gallery.
1. The sending of the works to the Gallery will be the responsibility of the participating artists as well as their return.
2. The Artists will be responsible for the packaging and preservation of the work upon submission. The Gallery will be responsible for the works from the moment they are in its hands and during the month’s performance, until they are returned.
3. Menduina Sschneider Art Gallery will be in charge of mounting the works either in a frame or frame with glass if the works so require.
4. The expenses corresponding to the space, promotion, assembly, press and diffusion and transfer of the works once in California will be borne by Menduina Sschneider Art Gallery
5. The works will be exhibited in the general hall of the gallery.
6. The artist's works will be disseminated and promoted in various publications, Artillery Magazine, video production for the gallery's official YouTube channel.
And on all the social media pages of the gallery.
7. Menduina Sschneider Art Gallery provides the corresponding vernissage on each artwalk.
8. Return of the works: the works will remain in the gallery during the time of the contract, they are insured by the gallery's art insurance. Once the contract is finished and if they are not renewed again, they will be stored in the gallery until the artist removes them. If the artist decides that the works be sent to his country, the cost is borne by the artist,. Menduina Sschneider Art Gallery, will carry out a detailed follow-up and corresponding package (free of charge). And it will send by email to the artist photographs of the packaging process and tracking number.
9. In the case of sending work to the gallery from countries that issue the export and import procedure for works of art, please send both procedures together with the works.

Las obras pueden enviarse enrolladas y nuestro marquero las montara en bastidor, (esta incluido en el costo)
Reglas de participación
1.El trabajo debe ser original y único. Debe ser creado por el artista. No se aceptan copias.
2.Los trabajos serán preseleccionados por el jurado correspondiente. El artista deberá enviar 3 trabajos en fotos de alta resolución (300 PPI y con no más de 5 MB de carga). Si el trabajo del artista es aceptado, solo una obra formará parte del salón colectivo 2023 (Obra que elegirá el jurado). La preselección no tiene costo alguno.

Los artistas seleccionados deberán abonar $250 (US dólar) en el momento de ser aceptados. Vía PayPal o Tarjeta de Crédito. Abono por Paypal: menduinaschneider@gmail.com Tarjeta de Crédito con la misma galería.
Estructura, desarrollo e implementación del Salón
1.Todos los artistas seleccionados deberán enviar como fecha límite el 25 de cada mes, siguientes requerimientos:

(A elección) Un video de 2 minutos como máxima duración de su labor artística (a elección)
- Biografía; no debe exceder las 200 palabras.
- de una foto de alta resolución (300 PPI y 5MB de carga) en su atelier, preferentemente artística, no se aceptarán fotos, como por ejemplo retratos del artista y en baja resolución
- (A elección) Reel (Instagram) de 30 segundos de duración. (a elección)
No se aceptaran videos, que ya hayan enviado en otras convocatorias.
Tanto los videos como el reel, debe ser nuevos y originales
2.Inauguración: Cada Jueves del mes, coincidiendo con el artwalk

El Art-walk es un evento mensual de San Pedro (la bahía de Los Angeles, reconocida por su oferta cultural)
que atrae a centenares de personas a la galería.
1. El envío de las obras a la Galería será responsabilidad de los artistas participantes, así como su devolución.
2. Los Artistas serán responsables del empaquetado y conservación de la obra en el momento de su presentación. La Galería se hará cargo de las obras desde el momento en que estén en sus manos y durante el mes de exposicion, hasta que sean devueltas.
3. La Galería de Arte Menduina Sschneider será la encargada de montar las obras ya sea en un bastidor (obras en tela) o en un marco con vidrio si las obras así lo requieren.
4. Los gastos correspondientes al espacio, promoción, montaje, prensa y difusión y traslado de las obras una vez en California correrán a cargo de Menduina Sschneider Art Gallery
5. Las obras se expondrán en la sala general de la galería.
6. Las obras del artista serán difundidas y promocionadas en diversas publicaciones, Curate LA, Artillery Magazine, entrevistas individuales y producción de videos para el canal oficial de YouTube de la galería.
Además tenemos un micro de arte en un programa de TV y radio que se puede ver en mas de 370 canales de 42 paises en todo el globo.
Y en todas las páginas de redes sociales de la galería.
7. La Galería de Arte Menduina Sschneider proporciona el vernissage correspondiente en cada paseo de arte.
8. Devolución de las obras: las obras permanecerán en la galería durante el tiempo del contrato, están aseguradas por el seguro de arte de la galería. Una vez finalizado el contrato y si no se vuelven a renovar, se guardarán en la galería hasta que el artista los retire. Si el artista decide que las obras se envíen a su país, el costo corre a cargo del artista. Menduina Sschneider Art Gallery, realizará un seguimiento detallado y paquete correspondiente (sin cargo). Y enviará por correo electrónico al artista fotografías del proceso de empaque y número de seguimiento.
9. En el caso de enviar obra a la galería desde países que expiden el trámite de exportación e importación de obras de arte, envíe ambos trámites junto con las obras.
